Home Invasion in McGraw Reported

A City of Cortland man is accused of entering an apartment on Church Street in the Village of McGraw, uninvited, at 1:13 a.m. May 31 when the resident was not home.

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say 26 year old Adam Wiley was found in the second floor apartment when the resident returned home and refused to leave when asked to do so.

Deputies say Wiley is charged with criminal trespass and has been ordered to appear in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
