
Heroin Sales Investigation Results in Arrest on Conklin Ave.
New York State Police say a Binghamton man is being charged as part of an investigation into heroin sales.

Troopers and Police from Vestal and Waverly search the Conklin Avenue home of 32-year-old Kenneth Parker March 12 and found heroin, cocaine, a digital scale and packaging materials.
Parker is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
