Free Friday Concerts Outside Visions Veterans’ Memorial Arena
Friday evenings in Binghamton this summer are being filled with music hosted by the Visions Federal Credit Union.
A free series of concerts are being held outdoors at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in downtown Binghamton.
The first free concert at the space outside the Arena on Stuart Street is at 6 p.m. June 10.
The Visions Summer Concert Series is the first large-scale free public event for the Arena since before the pandemic hit.
Organizers say the bands featuring pop and rock music from the 80s and 90s are the Jess Novak Band, My So-Called Band and The Ronald Reagans.
The Trucks on the Tracks local food truck festival will also be coordinating onsite to offer some different dining options for families.
The concerts will be held rain or shine with the music starting at 6 p.m. June 10, July 8 and August 12.
