Four Arrested in Binghamton Drug Raid
Four people are facing drug charges after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided a Saratoga Avenue home March 30.
Authorities say the found 2.6 ounces of un-packaged heroin, 117 packages of heroin ready for sale, 8.5 ounces of marijuana, drug packaging materials and over $11,000 in suspected drug sale proceeds.
25 year old Rayshawn Torres, 30 year old Jerome Wiggins, 24 year old Cleveland Wiggins and 24 year old Kiarrah Hampton were arrested.
Torres, who is a New York State parolee, is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony criminal possession of over a half ounce a controlled substance and three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Jerome Wiggins is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of over a half ounce of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Cleveland Wiggins is charged with two felony counts of drug possession with intent to sell, possession of over a half ounce of drugs, felony possession of marijuana and three counts of using drug paraphernalia.
Hampton is charged with misdemeanor criminal nuisance.
