The owner of a downtown Binghamton bar and restaurant is seeking a buyer for the establishment.

Daniel DiRienzo opened Amici Pub & Pizzeria at Henry and Fayette streets in 2011. The business is located across from NYSEG Stadium and the main post office.

DiRienzo said he's spent virtually all his life in the neighborhood, going back to his childhood when he worked at the family's nearby bakery.

DiRienzo has decided to sell the business because of family circumstances. He said it's been listed for about two months. For now, he intends to keep the business going.

The business currently is open during the late afternoon and early evening hours Tuesday through Sunday.
