Today, we're excited to introduce you to Jay Delanoy of Dickinson. Nicolette Holmes nominated Jay to become a member of our First Responders Wall of Fame outlining his accomplishments to us:
Jay Delanoy is a Firefighter/ Chief for Prospect Terrace Fire Department. Once I moved into neighborhood; I became his neighbor across the street. He works hard at helping keep our community safe by giving out information on fire alarms/ CO2 alarms, fire safety in a home and how to get out safe. Jay as well is always going to meeting to get updated on fire safety. Works very hard to keep all his fellow firefighter in his department and on a scene. He's ready to help the community when in need and that includes his neighbors around him as well. He has been with Prospect Terrace Fire Department for 28 years and going strong. He is an AMAZING chief/ firefighter at Prospect Terrace Fire Department.
