Fire Damages Home on Pamela Drive

Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire at a home on Pamela Drive in Chenango Bridge January 1.

Firefighters from Chenango Bridge, Chenango Forks, Five Mile Point and Harpursville responded to the scene at around 9 a.m. and found flames showing on one side of the house.

There were no injuries.

Fire officials say the blaze appeared to have started in the basement and spread to the first floor.
