Fire at Upstate Shredding in Owego

No injuries are being reported after fire broke out at a Tioga County recycling operation.

The blaze at Upstate Shredding in Owego was reported at around 2:20 a.m. December 31 and was quickly put out.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
