A mobile stage and rides for the festival were parked on Hawley Street, just west of the Governmental Plaza this afternoon.

Event organizers say in addition to rides, the festival will feature music, food and games. They say there also will be a three-on-three basketball tournament.

A concert featuring Bro Safari is scheduled to be held at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday.
