Endicott Woman is Arrested for Drunk Driving Near Her Home

An Endicott woman is charged with drunk driving and refusing to submit to a roadside breathalyzer test.

Broome Sheriff’s officials say at 2:52 a.m. May 13 they found 48 year old Sylvia Incitti in a parking lot on Campville Road in Endicott.

Deputies say she was sitting in the driver’s seat with the vehicle’s engine running.

Authorities say the 2012 Toyota had heavy front end damage.

The Sheriff’s Deputy says he determined Incitti had been drinking earlier in the night.

Incitti has been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
