Endicott Woman Charged With Identity Theft

Broome County Sheriff's officials say an Endicott woman is accused of using credit cards stolen from a vehicle.

Authorities say 46-year-old Stacy Matisi-Garren was arrested June 4 and charged with three felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property and one felony count of identity theft.

Investigators say Matisi-Garren is accused of using credit cards that were taken from a vehicle in the Town of Union around May 21.

She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
