Endicott Teen Accused of Hitting a man With a Baseball Bat

An Endicott teen is accused of punching a man and hitting in the head with a baseball bat during an altercation on Jennings Street in the Town of Union April 17.

New York State Police say they were called with a report of an assault at 3:28 p.m. and arrested 18 year old Hezekiah Morgan on a felony assault charge.

The victim was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew for a cut to his head and a swollen lip.
