Disturbance Call Results in Meth Arrest in Waverly

A Waverly man is accused of having methamphetamine in his possession.

Waverly Police say they investigated a disturbance on Park Avenue at 2:07 a.m. August 31 and arrested 39 year old Robert Patton.

He’s charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Patton was ordered to appear in Village of Waverly Justice Court at a later date.
