Delaware County Teen is Accused of Driving Around a School Bus

A Delaware County teen is accused of driving around a stopped school bus that had its emergency lights and stop arm activated.

Sheriff's officials say the Walton Central School bus was actually discharging students on Pines Brook Road when 19 year old James Copeland passed the bus.

Photos from the bus' video surveillance camera helped deputies to track Copeland down.

The teen is charged with failure to stop for a school bus and driving with a suspended license.
