Criminal Mischief At Tioga County School

A Chemung County man has been arrested in connection with an incident at Spencer-VanEtten High School.

Authorities say 18-year-old Michael Evans of VanEtten has been charged with felony criminal mischief.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Evans was arrested following an investigation into damaged property at the school.

Evans was ordered to appear in Spencer town court next month.
