Cortland Woman Accused of Burglarizing Box Factory Twice
A Cortland woman is charged with several felony counts in connection with two burglaries at the McGraw Box Factory in May.
30-year-old Amanda Race is charged with two felony counts of burglary, felony grand larceny, and petit larceny for allegedly stealing tools and thousands of dollars-worth of copper wire.
Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say the break-in happened overnight on May 17 to the 18th and then on May 19th to the 20th.
The investigation is continuing.
Race was released to await her next date in Town of Cortlandville Court later this month.
