New York State Police say a Corltand man is accused of having several guns, ammunition and narcotics when they searched his home on East Avenue in the City of Cortland.

34 year old Bernard Dukes is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia and a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana.

State Police and the Cortland County drug Task Force say they confiscated a Tarus .38 Special 5-shot revolver with 23 rounds of .38 ammunition, 25 rounds of .32 Horandy ammunition, an ankle holster, a safe, cell phones, two digital scales, packaging material, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, coffee filters with cocaine residue and $256 cash.

Dukes was went to the Cortland County Jail on $10,000 dollars bail.
