A Binghamton woman, visiting a Broome County Jail inmate, is charged with two counts of promoting prison contraband.

Broome County Corrections Officers say Jennifer Soderstrom was found to be in possession of four balloons containing a substance that tested positive for marijuana.

Authorities claim Soderstrom passed contraband to Reuben Ogando on previous visits.

Ogando is charged with attempted promoting prison contraband and promoting prison contraband.

Both are now being held in the Broome County Jail.
