Colchester Couple Found With Drugs and Guns

A Town of Colchester couple is accused of dealing drugs.

Delaware County Sheriff's officials, along with Police Dog Ozzie, searched the home of 57 year old Douglas and 57 year old Karen James and found pounds of marijuana and cocaine along with a cache of rifles.

They are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.  More charges may be filed.

Authorities say in addition to the weapons and drugs, the pair had a couple New York State benefit (SNAP) cards in their possession.
