Cell Phone Porn Allegations

A Binghamton man is accused of having several images of a child under the age of 16 engaged in sexual acts on his cell phone.

47 year old Reid Babcock was arrested April 27 by the Broome County Sheriff’s office and charged with felony possessing a sexual performance by a child.

He was sent the Broome County Jail without bail.
