Car Crashes Into a Johnson City Business

Johnson City Police are investigating a crash that heavily damaged a building on the southeast side of the village.

A car plowed into the south corner of an auto shop at the corner of Burbank and Floral Avenues across from the Floral Park Cemetery at 1:04 a.m. October 26.

Emergency Services officials say most units left the scene about an hour later. There were no reports of injuries.

Village police say the driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
