Broome County Executive Jason Garnar is asking the heads of the County departments to develop a report on what a repeal of the Affordable Care Act will mean to local residents and the County bottom line.

Some of the information to be included in the report due in the next few weeks will be gathered at a public forum March 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Decker Room of the Broome County Library.

Garnar says changes to the national health care reform act will impact over 20,000 Broome County residents and has the potential to cost Broome County money.
