With the expiration of the New York State-ordered COVID-19 restrictions on open meetings, the local lawmakers will resume in-person regular sessions, committee meetings and public hearings effective immediately.
Residents can still observe sessions via ZOOM video conference.
Committee meetings will be held in the Legislative offices and the monthly session of the full legislature takes place in the Legislative Chamber on the 6th floor of the Broome County Office Building on Hawley Street in downtown Binghamton.
