Broome Health Department COVID Exposure Alerts
The Brome County Health Department's advisories concerning possible exposure to a person testing positive for the coronavirus issued on October 12 include three businesses and multiple dates and times.
Anyone who was at Strange Brew Cafe on Washington Street, Binghamton October 2nd or 3rd between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m., October 4 between 6:45 a.m. and 4 p.m., October 5, 6, 8 or 9 between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. is asked to self-quarantine for 14 days after they were at the business during those dates and times.
A person at Panera Bread on the Vestal Parkway East in Vestal has also tested positive. Anyone at the business October 2 between 3 and 9:15 p.m., October 3 or 5 between 3 and 9:20 p.m., October 6 between 3 and 8:45 p.m. or October 8 between 3 nd 9 p.m. should self-quarantine for 14 days after they were at the shop during those dates and times.
The Health Department also advises anyone who was at Chili's Bar and Grill on the Vestal Parkway October 2 between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. or October 3 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Anyone exhibiting symptoms like fever, loss of taste and smell, chills, aches, cough, sore throat or trouble breathing should contact their healthcare provider for guidance.
