Broome Foreclosure Properties For Sale

More than 50 foreclosure properties in Broome County are being sold February 22. 

The County auction will be held at the Holiday Inn on Hawley Street, Binghamton starting at 10 a.m.

Bidders must register between 8:30 and 10 that morning. 

Properties include single family and multi-family homes, commercial plots and vacant lots and are all located in the City of Binghamton.

Broome also holds a County-wide auction of non-city properties in the fall.

Maps of the parcels can be viewed at the Broome County Real Property Tax Department on the second floor of the County Office Building on Hawley Street during regular business hours.
