Today, (February 27, 2025), the Broome County Sheriff's Office released their weekly arrest blotter.

The arrest and charges listed below from the BCSO do not reflect all the activity of the Sheriff's Department for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

These arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Dylan Carlson was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree following a burglary investigation in the Town of Union.

Criminal Contempt

Jennifer Franks from Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree,  and Harassment in the 2nd Degree (Physical Contact), following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Union.

Endangering The Welfare Of A Child

Matthew Hayward of Endicott was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Dickinson.

Falsely Reporting A Crime

Lisa Heier from Binghamton was charged with Falsely Reporting a Crime in the 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest following an investigation into a domestic complaint in the Town of Fenton.

Criminal Possession

Jacob Liddic of Ouaquaga was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 4th Degree following an investigation into a stolen vehicle in the Town of Windsor.

Alycia Rinwalske of Binghamton was charged with three counts of Identity Theft in the 2nd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree,  one count of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, and three counts of Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton, Town of Vestal and Town of Union.

Criminal Mischief

Aaron Lindsey from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree,  Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Kirkwood.

Grand Larceny

Anaya Wilkinson from Chenango Forks was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton.
