The weekly arrest report was released by the Broome County Sheriff's Office on April 23, 2025.
Arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.
Criminal Trespass
Devin Hall was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Dickinson.
Criminal Mischief
Joseph Martino was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Petit Larceny
Nicholas Kalogris from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
Grand Larceny
Ashley Montalvo from Binghamton was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton.
Endangering the Welfare Of A Child
Jack White from Deposit was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation into child endangerment in the Town of Deposit.
Jeremy Orton of Endicott was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.
Matthew Mason of Windsor was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation into child endangerment in the Town of Deposi
Burglary
Joshua Green was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Possession of Burglar Tools following a burglary investigation in the Town of Union.
Steven Cook of Endicott was charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree and Menacing in the 2nd Degree following a burglary investigation in the Town of Union.
Harassment
Brittany Cochran from Endicott was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a harassment complaint in the Town of Union.
Forgery
Dewitt Curtis from Lisle was charged with Forgery in the 2nd Degree following a forgery investigation in the Town of Lisle.
