The Broome County Sheriff's Department released these charges and arrest reports over two weeks - July 2nd and July 9th, 2026. Activities and arrests are combined and listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Identity Theft
40-year-old Jennifer Boykin was charged with Identity Theft in the 1st Degree, three counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a fraud investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Strangulation and Assault
April Gonzalez of Port Crane was charged with Strangulation in the 2nd Degree, two counts of Assault in the 3rd Degree, and Menacing in the 3rd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Fenton.
Criminal Mischief
Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Colesville, Kyle Lee, 20 years old from Harpursville, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.
Harassment
Robert Sanfelice of the Town of Union was charged with three counts of Harassment in the 1st Degree (as a Hate Crime), Stalking in the 4th Degree (as a Hate Crime), and two counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following a harassment investigation in the Town of Union.
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property
22-year-old Ian Jennings of Port Crane was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, following a stolen-property investigation in the Town of Fenton.
Criminal Trespass
Teresa Pecka of Whitney Point was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, ar, and Trespass, following trespassing investigations in the Town of Barker.
Assault
As a result of an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Conklin, 35-year-old Christopher Molinari from the Town of Conklin was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest.
Conspiracy and Criminal Facilitation
19-year-old Brileeya Ayers of Port Crane was charged with Conspiracy in the 5th Degree and Criminal Facilitation in the 4th Degree following a stolen-property investigation in the Town of Fenton.
Multiple Traffic Violations
James Marchesani, a 34-year-old from Scranton, Pennsylvania, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs, along with multiple traffic violations, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Binghamton.
