Broome County Man Accused of Threatening Judge
Authorities say a man who allegedly threatened a Broome County Court judge has been charged with a felony.

According to the District Attorney's office, 54-year-old Ned Woodruff of Windsor was arrested Friday morning.
Woodruff was charged with making a terroristic threat.
Investigators say Woodruff is accused of threatening to kill Broome County Court Judge Joseph Cawley unless the judge ruled favorably in a pending criminal case.
Woodruff was arraigned in Binghamton City Court. He was ordered held in Broome County Jail without bail.
