Broome County Celebrates Fall at Otsiningo Park

Better weather is expected this weekend just in time for the Fall Festival at Otsiningo Park in the Town of Dickinson Sunday, October 20.

The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. with music, food, children’s activities, a dog costume contest, face painting and Trunk or Treats with the Binghamton Police department and other community members handing out candy from noon to 1:30 p.m.

The Broome County Department of Parks and Recreation will also announce the winners of the scarecrow contest with the creative entries all on display at the park.

Admission to Sunday’s festival is free.
