The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has been actively tackling various criminal activities within the region, as evidenced by the recent arrests and charges conveyed in the weekly arrest blotter update.

Alexander J. Arnold and Alicia M. Arnold

Alexander J. Arnold, aged 32, and Alicia M. Arnold, aged 33, both from Red Lion, PA, were apprehended following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton. Alexander faces charges including Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Tampering with Physical Evidence, among others. Alicia, too, was charged with multiple offenses such as Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Janee A. Caganek

Janee A. Caganek, a 32-year-old from the Town of Dickinson, NY, was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief after an investigation regarding larceny activities in the region.

Saleema N. Carroll

Saleema N. Carroll, aged 48 and hailing from Binghamton, NY, faced charges related to Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Joshua H. Cleveland

Joshua H. Cleveland, 37 years old from Endicott, NY, was implicated in Forgery and Criminal Impersonation charges following an investigation in the Town of Dickinson.

Toby N. Devereaux

Toby N. Devereaux, 31, of Binghamton, NY, was charged with Grand Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property after investigations into a vehicle theft incident in the Town of Union.

Samuel J. Hartung

Samuel J. Hartung, a 28-year-old from Endicott, NY, faced charges of Criminal Mischief linked to property damage in the Town of Union.

Jack A. Hawe

Jack A. Hawe, aged 62 from Zephyrhills, FL, was charged with various offenses related to firearm possession following an incident in the Town of Dickinson.

Austin E. Locke

Austin E. Locke, 29 years old from Binghamton, NY, faced charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Johnny L. Ortiz

Johnny L. Ortiz, aged 35 and hailing from Binghamton, NY, was charged with offenses including Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, and Driving While Intoxicated after a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Mark B. Rog

Mark B. Rog, 48, of Chenango Forks, NY, was charged with petit larceny following a warrant execution in the Town of Chenango.

Jennifer L. Warner

Jennifer L. Warner, a 42-year-old from Port Crane, NY, faced many charges, including Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Reckless Endangerment, and Burglary after investigations in the Town of Fenton.
