This list of arrests and charges was released from the Broome County Sheriff's report on April 1, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Criminal  Possession

This week's report from the Sheriff's Office notes that Tieler Kennerup from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a stolen vehicle investigation in the Town of Windsor.

Sean M. Stevens was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.

45-year-old Nicholas Skiba of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following an investigation into suspicious activity in the Town of Union.

Following a narcotics investigation in Binghamton, Mark Anderson from Binghamton,  was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Contempt

In the Sheriff's report for this week, John Maston, Jr. of Whitney Point was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Child Endangerment, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Triangle.

22-year-old Phenix George from Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson.

Assault

Carlton Stark, III of Port Crane was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Fenton.

Criminal Trespass

Following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Sanford, 37-year-old Runell A. Decker, Sr., was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree.

Harassment

Heather Ayers of Kirkwood was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

After an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango, Nash Barnes was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Multiple Traffic Violations

Thomas Lynady from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, along with multiple traffic violations, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Sanford.

29-year-old Samantha Thrasher of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

In the Broome County Sheriff's report, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Chenango, Andrew Cook from Chenango Forks was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Previous Conviction within 10 years) and Aggravated DWI.
