The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Criminal Possession

Kiley Bonilla-Lattanze of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree following an investigation into stolen property in the Village of Johnson City.

According to the BCSO, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Dickinson, Bailey Corey of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

From Binghamton, Jonathan Kytle was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Trespass

In the Town of Union, David Butts, Jr., from Endwell, was charged with Criminal Trespass following a trespassing investigation.

Petit Larceny

Travis Dise from Binghamton was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny following multiple larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango.

In the Town of Chenango, Angela Scalzo was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation.

William Bieber from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Sex Offender Registry Violation

Following an investigation into a Sex Offender Registration Act violation in the Town of Chenango, Cyril Lewis of the Town of Chenango was charged with violating a Sex Offender Registry Requirement.

Domestic Incident

The BCSO reported that Scott Newberry from Whitney Point was charged with Strangulation in the 2nd Degree,  Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Nanticoke.

Traffic Violations

Following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City, Reinaud Perez of Baltimore, Maryland, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, along with multiple traffic violations.

Joshua Shea of Whitney Point was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC >.08 (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.
