The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Petit Larceny

The Broome County Sheriff's Office noted that Brad Williams from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Julie Tallow from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Various Charges

The Broome County Sheriff's Office reported that Jose Gonzalez from Endicott was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a pursuit in the Town of Union.

Criminal Possession

Rodney Clark, Jr. of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, plus two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

After a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Amy Tompkins of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Contempt

Following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Victor Kelsey, Jr. of Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Grand Larceny

Charged with Grand Larceny, Brian Grover from Elmira, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Alec Firshing of Whitesboro, New York, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations following a DWI investigation in the Town of Barker.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration

Richard Merwin from Johnson City was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a 1st Offense, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Harassment

Charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation - Trista Skogfeldt of Windsor,  following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Windsor.
