
Local Sheriff’s Report Reveals Recent Arrests And Ongoing Concerns
The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released on August 20, 2025.
The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

According to the release from the Broome County Sheriff's Office:
Criminal Possession
Rebecca Longo from Apalachin was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.
Anthony Brady of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Following a traffic stop in the Town of Union, Nicholas Masucci, IV of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Narcotics in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Laura Dickerson from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.
Nabeelah Lewis of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.
Criminal Contempt
Anthony Perez of Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree and Aggravated Family Offense following a warrant execution in the Town of Union.
Reckless Endangerment
Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Frederick Hill, Jr. of Binghamton was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.
Criminal Mischief
Following an investigation into a weapons complaint in the Town of Windsor, Patrick Summers of Deposit was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, three counts of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, three counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Disorderly Conduct/Violent Behavior.
Traffic Violations
Ashley Snow, from Maine, NY, was charged with multiple traffic violations following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Maine, including Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of > 0.08 (1st Offense).
Theft
John M. Moran, Jr. was charged with Theft of Services, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a theft investigation in the Town of Dickinson.
