The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Criminal Mischief

Andrew Link was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, following a criminal mischief investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Reckless Endangerment

Following a pursuit in the Town of Lisle, Bobbie Davis of Marathon was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, Escape in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), and multiple traffic violations.

Petit Larceny

Charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree was Tamica Gadson from Binghamton, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Dale Mooney of Johnson City was charged with four counts of Petit Larceny, Class A Misdemeanors, following an investigation into multiple larcenies in the Town of Union.

Following a larceny investigation, Amber Bates was charged with Petit Larceny in the City of Binghamton.

Sheila Pugh of Endwell was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Criminal Contempt

After an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Chenango, Craig Shoemaker was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.

Daniel Pena-Forestier from Endicott was charged with Aggravated Criminal Contempt, a Class D Felony, Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

Traffic Violations

Following a pursuit in the Town of Kirkwood, Trevor Huntley of Conklin was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations.

Criminal Possession

Gail Conklin from Windsor was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.

After a traffic stop in the Town of Union, Kimberly Brick of Port Crane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Harassment

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lisle, Erica Howser of Richford was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
