Child Endangerment

This week's BCSO report included Xavier Perez of Binghamton being charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Child Endangerment following an investigation into child endangerment in the Town of Fenton.

Several charges for Dana Dioguardi from the Town of Chenango, including two counts of Kidnapping in the 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Attempted Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, two counts of Child Endangerment, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

David Banks of Endicott was charged with two counts of Child Endangerment, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Public Lewdness, following an investigation into child endangerment in the Town of Union.

Multiple Motor Vehicle Violations

Following a pursuit through the City of Binghamton, Town of Dickinson and Town of Kirkwood, Sean Brown from Binghamton was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Two Counts of Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and 47 traffic violations.

Related to the above, Kiley Bonilla-Lattanze of Binghamton was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following the same pursuit through the City of Binghamton, Town of Dickinson, and Town of Kirkwood.

Criminal Possession

The latest BCSO report listed Noemi Santos from Binghamton, charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.

As a result of a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood, Jacob Liddic of Windsor was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Michell Furgeson of Windsor was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Colesville.

Petit Larceny

Following multiple larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango, Philip Clapper of Harpursville was charged with three counts of petit larceny.

Jacob Crowley of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

As a result of a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton, Matthew Hartman of Maine, New York, was charged with petit larceny.

DWI Accident

Michael Orzelek of Port Crane was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Aggravated DWI (BAC > .18), following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Colesville.
