
Broome County Sheriff’s Report Reveals Latest Arrests And Charges
The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released on January 20, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Gang Assault
In this week's report, Landon Maynard of Windsor was charged with Gang Assault in the 2nd Degree, Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Conspiracy in the 4th Degree, and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, following an assault investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
Also, Mathew Meade of Windsor was charged with Gang Assault in the 2nd Degree, Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Conspiracy in the 4th Degree, Assault in the 3rd Degree, and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, following an assault investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
Criminal Contempt
Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson, Ra-King Saunders, Sr. of the Town of Union, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
Criminal Possession
Eric Phillips from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.
Harassment
The Broome County Sheriff's report this week noted that Paul Liddle, Jr. of Port Crane was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Fenton.
Reckless Endangerment
Tyrell Heatherman from Endicot was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, was Tazakka Khalid of Binghamton.
Multiple Traffic Violations
Corey Warwick from Binghamton was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Larceny
Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union, Amanda Zimmer of Johnson City was charged with petit larceny.
