These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Criminal Investigation

Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Kirkwood, Jessica Backus from Port Crane was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, following an investigation into property damage in the Town of Fenton. In addition, Backus was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Criminal Possession

Marcellino Mendoza of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, a Class D Felony, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.

According to the weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Deidre Brady of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanors, and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs, a Misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Petit Larceny

As a result of a larceny investigation in the Town of Dickenson, Andrew Clemens was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.
