
Broome County Sheriff’s Office Reports Recent Arrests And Charges
The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released on October 23, 2025. Activities and arrests are listed below.
These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Promoting Prison Contraband
According to the report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Diamond Santana from Endicott was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, following an investigation into promoting contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Robert J. Spoonhower was also charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree following an investigation into promoting contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Aggravated Harassment
Charles Murray of Harpursville was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following a harassment investigation in the Town of Colesville.
Charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree was Clarence Thompson, following an investigation into threatening messages in the Town of Conklin.
Criminal Trespass
Following a trespassing investigation in Binghamton, Scott Salmini was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree.
Criminal Possession
In this week's report, Dennis Davis from Binghamton was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny and two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango and the City of Binghamton.
Also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree was Damien Galloway of Binghamton, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.
Obstruction of Governmental Administration
After an investigation into promoting contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Thanh Nguyen from Binghamton was charged with Conspiracy in the 5th Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.
