
Broome County Sheriff’s Report Reveals Recent Arrests
The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released on June 30, 2025.
The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

All arrests and charges are part of ongoing investigations conducted by local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, and other law enforcement agencies.
Criminal Possession
Jalil Ruiz, Sr., from the Town of Dickinson, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.
Charles Robinson, Jr. of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.
Carl Fitch, Sr. of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Assault
Cloe McGuire from Chenango Forks was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an assault investigation in the Town of Nanticoke.
Criminal Mischief
Nicole White was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, following an investigation into damaged property in the Town of Chenango.
