Pennsylvania State Police say 38-year-old Steven Fenster of Ulster is accused of yelling on the porch of multiple residences in Litchfield Township that people were after him at 8:58 a.m. October 13, at one point raising a machete toward one of the homeowners.
Troopers say they determined Fenster appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance when they located him later on Arnold Road and took him into custody.
He was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $50,000 bail.
