Bradford County Girl Licked and Kissed by Stranger on Route 6 Bridge

Pennsylvania State Police are reporting a very bizarre harassment case.

Authorities say shortly at 3:05 p.m. January 26, two men from Houston, Texas allegedly stopped a 16 year old Towanda girl on the Route 6 bridge into Wysox.

The girl began to cry since she didn’t know why they stopped her then Jose Reyes Ledesma Vasquez licked a tear off her face and kissed her before letting her go.

The girl then called 911.

Ledesma Vasquez and Edgardo Castro Morado are charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
