Binghamton to Ask Fairview Residents to Boil Water

The City of Binghamton is asking the residents of one neighborhood to voluntarily boil their water for four days.

The advisory is for all homes on Addison Court, Clapham Street, East Clapham Street, East Street, Merrick Street and Fairview Avenue north of Route 17.

The City will be starting up a new pump station for those neighborhoods.

The City Water Department is providing drinking water to all affected homes and will sample the water during the advisory April 10 to the 14^th.
