Binghamton Sex Offender Gets Prison for Failing to Register
A Broome County man has been sentenced to one to three years after he pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender.
According to the district attorney's office, 51-year-old Adam Domino of Binghamton had been convicted in 2005 of third-degree sexual abuse.
Domino failed to provide a change of address to Binghamton police or the state Division of Criminal Justice Services as required under New York law.
Domino was sentenced in Broome County Court on Tuesday.
