Binghamton on Tap Helps Chefs Cook With Beer

'Binghamton on Tap' is coming to the Doubletree by Hilton on Water Street, February 21st!

Sampling over 100 craft beers from over 50 breweries can help home cooks work beer into their recipes as with the Amber Ale Beef Stew recipe featured on Foodie Fridays.

While amber ale was used in the recipe other beers could be used depending on the tastes of the cooks and diners.
