Binghamton Man Arrested After Stolen Caddy Ditched in Cortland County

A Broome County man is facing a felony count after Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say they found a Cadillac parked on the side of Interstate 81 in the Town of Virgil that had been reported stolen in Binghamton.

Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the highway at around 3:14 a.m. February 15 and found the unoccupied 2012 Cadillac CTS had been reported stolen earlier in the morning.

Deputies found 23-year-old Christian Wilson of Binghamton walking along Route 11.

He’s charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and was released to await arraignment.
