Binghamton Man Accused of Sex Abuse in Cayuga County

A Binghamton man is accused of sexually abusing a child in Cayuga County.

Cayuga Sheriff’s officials say 21 year old David Leach was staying at a home in the Town of Locke February 22 when he reportedly abused the child.

He’s charged with felony criminal sex act and sent to the Cayuga County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Authorities from Broome, Cortland and Madison Counties participated in the investigation, which continues.
