Binghamton Man Accused of Refusing to Return Car

A Binghamton man is accused of refusing to give back a $20,000 vehicle after the owner made several requests.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 46 year old William Dalaba Junior is charged with grand larceny.

He’s accused of taking the vehicle to an unknown location and ignoring the requests to bring it back.

Dalaba has been ordered to appear in court at a later date.
