Two Binghamton residents are accused of having cocaine, heroin and fentanyl during a raid of their Mather Street home.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 46-year-old Melissa Dougherty and 39-year-old Qulon Cooper on several felony drug possession counts on July 30.

Authorities say they seized 700 glassine envelopes of Fentanyl, 858 glassine envelopes of heroin, about 10 grams of cocaine, drug packaging materials and around 38 hundred dollars in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Dougherty is charged with five felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Cooper is charged with six felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor cunts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

In addition, Authorities say they found another person at the home, Kara Duffy, was wanted on a felony warrant out of Broome County Court.

Cooper and Dougherty were released to appear in Binghamton City Court at a later date.  Duffy was turned over to the Broome County Sheriff’s office.
